For the quickest and most effective way to get to the beautiful, unspoiled Fitzroy Island, this option includes ferry transfers from Cairns that is not only an efficient way to get "from A to B" but makes for a spectacular tour in itself! Heading out from the Cairns Marina, you'll board a comfortable vessel and cruise out across the pristine reef waters towards the wonderful shores of Fitzroy Island on a journey that takes roughly 45 minutes. Once on Fitzroy Island, you'll have five hours to explore its many stunning natural offerings, taking part in a range of activities on both land and water including snorkelling, glass bottom boat tours, kayaking, island adventures and much more.

- Depart Cairns at 8:30am or 10:45am, depart Fitzroy at 4pm (2:15pm departure subject to availability on the day). Arrive in Cairns at approx. 4:45pm

Fantastic day, loved the snorkelling and the boat trip.
Recommend walking around to Nudey Beach to go snorkelling rather than where the boat arrives. We brought our own lunch and carried it rather than relying on the included lunch, which was convenient when we wanted to eat as we didn't have to walk back to the boat.

Easy to book, helpful staff, lots of options and good deals.
Easy to book, wanted to make some changes in to our itinerary due to some add on adventure, had a chat with staff easy done and some extra dollars was paid to our account with in time period. Looking forward to book again in the future had lot of fun.

Perfect ferry boat ride with friendly staff, with a 10% discount
We booked the ferry boat only one day in advance, with the seven of us. It was nice that there were still places available, and we even got 10% discount! The boat ride was very comfortable and the staff was really friendly. Would definitely book again.
